Obsidian Circle is merging into Catalyst

Obsidian Circle is merging into Catalyst guild, this means:

* our players will transfer to Catalyst
* active OC officers get an officer rank in Catalyst
* we'll start out with separate raid teams that can be filled up with spare players from either guild
* OC bank contents and money will be transferred to Catalyst
* we're starting a new website: http://catalyst.redhand.nl

Players can begin moving to Catalyst from Saturday March 15th. We hope to get the majority of players transferred during the weekend.
